Each Ultra Clean Systems ultrasonic surgical instrument cleaner comes with at least one standard tray for processing lumen and nonlumen instruments. Additional trays are available if needed for faster processing or higher volumes before you are ready to purchase a new or larger machine. Extra trays can mean keeping an entire set of instruments together through ultrasonic cleaning, allowing them to then be sterilized at the same time. In addition, our Robotic Arm Cleaning System (RACS) trays are available for processing da Vinci® robotic instruments, and wire mesh/hospital trays are available for processing nonlumen instruments. Replaceable tray parts are available, as necessary.
